I’m in the UK and today all seams well with streaming workouts. Nome of the earlier issues with dropouts

Question on the streaming and download concerns… Is the issue isolated to the UK?
I was curious because I’m in Chicago land and when I first started Sufferfest I had similar issues, and learned that downloading them was the workarounds, so for as long as I used Sufferfest I had been downloading videos ahead of time, (usually a weeks worth of them that were in my training plan). This usually worked fine and to download a video would take about 3 minutes or so, and I could download multiple videos simultaneously, until the month or more prior to the new SYSTM unveiling. During that period of time, I definitely couldn’t stream, (found out when I forgot to download workouts), but even the downloads could only be done one at a time and would frequently freeze completely - usually early on (between 0 and 10%). If they successfully downloaded it was taking much longer, (like 10 to 15 minutes vs a few minutes).
I thought it might be worth asking about and mentioning for the troubleshooters.
Personally I’ve still not committed to a new program and keeping an eye on how things are going with SYSTM. I really really miss working out to a training program. Accepting the new SYSTM is only half the battle, and I’m really not into giving it a go if there’s technical problems on top of the awful new look and feel.
I just streamed a 12 min strength workout on my iPhone. No issues at this point. UK based.
Just streamed Changement de Roux, streamed fine with no issues
Unplugged laptop in low power mode, Windows 11 (UK)
So, I downloaded and rode Pro Rides Giro Donne and had a ton of long pauses and stutters.
Then I streamed and rode Pro Rides Tour of Norway 2 and had no issues whatsoever.

Just finished Attacker, streamed with no issues what so ever. Fingers crossed!
(I’m in the U.K.)
Just tested 6 or 7 videos, including pausing them and skipping back and forth to check their responsiveness.
No buffering whatsoever and the change in the video appeared almost instantaneous when skipping.
UK based, whatever you have done seems to have worked.
Glad streaming is working better for some. Not for me (sweden) though. Even lost all data. Minions informed. Cheesed off is a polite way of saying what I think just now.
Hi, yes this specific streaming issue had been localised to the UK, and potentially a couple of other areas in Europe that also linked to the UK server. On Friday, Wahoo have built a new server and we’re are testing that this weekend. It’s looking very promising.
I think your issue on playing downloaded videos in a different part of the world may well be different and you should log a ticket with the minions. They may not be able to give you a quick and clear answer, but it will help them track and official any issues so worth taking the time.
In the meantime, is suggest you try streaming. Until this UK issue, I’ve never downloaded. I have a strong, robust WiFi and internet connection, with minimal interference (which is usual the cause of most people issues.)
Did primers this evening and streaming was fine
Looks like this maybe sorted
I am happy to report that over the last few days, I’ve completed Thursday Fields on Windows (what a good little film, I forgot I was pedalling to be honest) plus a couple of yoga/strength workouts on Android and everything worked flawlessly, not a block or potato in sight, so, thank you SF minions, you fixed it, for me at least
