Hello ive using my wahoo kickr core for almost a year now and last few weeks its loosing little bolts inside and it got burn marks inside aswell.
Please need some help.

That looks like an issue with your Zwift cog and not the Kickr but I can’t be certain. I don’t have a cog but those bits look like the pawls from a cassette that I have on one of my bikes and there are tiny springs that work in conjunction with them. I’m not sure how the Zwift cog is designed though, so contacting support is your best bet.
