The following happens while updating firm software. Please advise
Assuming you’ve got the Kickr v6? Have you tried restarting the Kickr and also restarting your phone?
It is the android. Did the update from iPhone.
Are you saying that Android didn’t work but iPhone did? So you were able to update the firmware?
Yes exactly. I could do it through my daughters iphone immediately.
