I have a bolt 2 that will not update. I had to take it to an at&t store and the were able to get it to update l i also tried several different networks. Nothing worked you may try that.

An AT&T store? Why would they help with a wahoo product? Can you elaborate?

I’m an customer. They connected to their wifi. And was very helpful. You may try your carrier. Still can’t figure out why I can’t get it to update. Hope it helps keep me informed

Make sure you find a tech savvy representative. She said she had to go in the app. I’ve had 3 updates since but not worth going back for another update yet.
