I wanted to add a cycling training plan with no strength or yoga, then add a specific yoga plan to do concurrently.
I could have sworn I saw a couple of 4 week “recovery & flexibility” and “flexibility and strength” yoga plans that could be added separately from the other plans. I wouldn’t have come up with the idea if I hadn’t seen it somewhere. Now of course, I can’t find the yoga plans anywhere. Am I losing my mind?
