100 Mile Gravel Grinder Training

Hi,

I’m 4 weeks into the 100 mile gravel grinder training plan. It’s been great so far. For the weekend longer rides, I usually do mt bike rides. Is there anything that I should consider adjusting in terms of the time in the saddle. I am assuming that the rides are meant to be gravel or road.
