I have a 330km road race coming up with 5000m climbing. I wondered if the 200mile gravel training plan takes into consideration climbing of this magnitude or just 200 miles of flat riding. Any ideas? do i need a different plan or will this suffice and more?
A lot of the sessions in SYSTM and that plan will help with your fitness and performance to make you stronger on the flats and the climbs. Although it is a good idea to include hills in your outdoor training rides. You can read more about why here
