2024 National Sufferlandrian Day (October 27]

This was a good incentive to finally do Kitchen Sink. Such a great and fun (ugh) workout.

Try scrolling down and see if is there. I expected it at the top but it was several rows down for me for whatever reason. It might be down there.

3 hours in the bag: Revolver, The Shovel, and The Trick. Happy Suf day!

[post ride photo taken, but too disturbing to share]

I think I got my badge before I hit three hours. I did Rookie, Revolver and Nine Hammers and it showed already, but in true Sufferlandrian spirit I did Joyride to go over the three hour threshold. Oh yeah, and I averaged 20+ mph for the whole thing. Congrats to all of you who completed the challenge in the fine tradition of our nation’s citizens!

The Rookie
The Trick
Nine Hammers
Extra Shot

Done and dusted.

All on top of yesterday’s 17 mile run, there was a lot of suffering…

Yup, the badge is still blacked out - I’ll see if the minions can switch the badge illuminations on if it doesn’t light up in the next day or so!

Same for me, badge still says no :weary:.

The Cure - Done

The Rookie - Done

The Chores - Started

Power Stations - Lurking around the corner like a Minion holding a 2x4 full of rusty nails

Had to add a 4th ride to get me over 3:00 as the 3 rides the Wheel have me put me just shy.

First time back in the pain cave after a lovely summer of outdoor riding. Having…fun…?

All done! But my badge is still blacked out despite making sure I did three hours worth from the Wheel of Misfortune and started within 10minutes of finishing the previous workout.

I love SUF Day and the Tour! The camaraderie here is the best! Thank you for setting this up for us, @Rupert.H !

Happy SUFDay everyone! Like all of you, I suffered greatly. The suffering started around the time the first increase in power in Igniter happened.
I have made doing Kitchen Sink around this time of year an annual tradition to celebrate my Kitchen Sink-inspired Knighthood quest. This was year #4 for celebrating becoming a KOS back in October 2020. Can’t wait for next year!
No badge yet, but soon :crossed_fingers:

Just makes me ponder if Couchlandrians have a day and a badge too

CONGRATS to everyone who took part and completed SUF National Day!

As you will have noted it was truly an epic SUF day with GVA deciding not everyone was worthy of earning a badge despite completing the required 3 hours. The minions and I have been in talks with him though and managed to have him consent that everyone who suffered for 3 hours should earn their badge.

Please check your awards again (may require you closing the app and logging out and back in) but it should be there to remind you of the pain, misery and agony you all relished in over the weekend.

Great job everyone - Onwards to the Tour!!
(or maybe some new workouts before then…)

Logged out then force closed all apps on my iPad. Powered down then restarted SYSTM and logged in. Badge is still blacked out. Could this be because I run in night/dark mode?

You have the badge @Cheryl.Vasan , this badge just looks weird in dark mode. Change SYSTM to light mode and it’ll be more obviously an achieved badge. Before I completed it, SYSTM (in dark mode) showed it fully greyed out including the red oval outline.

@Rupert.H I’m curious how many participated and received the badge?

Sounds like you could be well ready for a to storm the Castle?

In fact I think they do. I vaguely remember Sir @Glen.Coutts posted something similar about it previously and something about eating donuts.
