It seems the page with all the rules no longer exists. I am looking for a list of acceptable videos. Also, way back when I did my original quest you had to submit your list to have it okayed. Is that still a thing? I am shooting for February right around Valentine’s Day. Not that I need them, but do we still get stickers? I know the suffering should be reward enough, but I have a new bike that needs a badge.

Even if the current rules don’t explicitly state that you must announce your quest in advance or get your playlist officially approved, your fellow knights and citizens of Sufferlandria would appreciate the joy and enterpainment such things provide.
And yes, once you complete your paperwork and submit the proper form (also on the page at the above link) you should receive additional decals (* cough * stickers * cough *) that you can apply to your new a very knightworthy steed.
