On wednesday i will do my first quest. Exciting, but also a little bit scary. I have done long challenges on the bike outside but have never done such a long event inside.

If it makes you feel any better, I was in the same boat as you when I did my quest, in that I had done long(ish) challenges outdoors on a bike but nothing like a Knighthood Quest. Exciting and Scary is precisely how you should feel.
I hope you come back in this thread and update us as you make your way to Castle Sufferlandria. We love to jeer, erm… mock, emmm…, encourage you along the journey

Ending on The Trick is exactly what I did in September. Well-chosen suffering is what that is.
And I had done a 200K unsupported outdoor ride two weeks before my Knighthood attempt—it helped me remember that I had the mental strength to get through 9-10 hours on the bike.
Standing KoS rule is #7 is the Sufferlandrian “halfway”, but you’re doing great!
