After Kickstarter program

Im a newbe with some extra kg😅Im getting close to the end of this program and are going to do the 4DP in 4 days. I have followed the program as planned except for 2-3 reschedules (but done it all) What program should I chose after the Kickstarter? I don’t have the knowledge to make my own plans yet.

Welcome!

You might consider a 12week General Fitness plan at whatever volume level fits your life. I’ve been repeating this about four years now, sometimes adding in Yoga and/or Strength options, sometimes low, sometimes high volume. If you wait to add it to your calendar until after your Full Frontal test, it will automatically adapt to your rider type and strength level.

Good luck with the 4dP! I have vivid memories from my first time riding it-mostly of how lost I was with riding in level mode. There are a lot of good tips here in the forum. I’m excited for you!

Welcome, @JohanS !

As @Cheryl.Vasan said, good luck with the 4DP test. You’re going to crush it.

The General Fitness plan is a great place to start. You’ll see a good range of what the app has to offer (I’m partial to the Sufferfest rides myself, but there’s lots of good content throughout the Systm app).

Let us know how it goes!

Thank You for the inputs, I will wait until after the test before I start the new plan.

Tomorrow is the big day don’t know if Im excited or afraid… Guess it will be painful with a feeling of victory when its all done

I increased My FTP by 35W Not much but it can only gett better. I have’nt touched the bike since 2016, and started again with the Kickstarter Program 6weeks ago. It is still fun and Im looking forward to continue this journey.

Ended up choosing a 4 week MAP program.
