I am having issues with the app working on erg mode when I first start a workout. I have to click on and off the trainer controlled green button to get it working.
Not having any issues on zwift or my trainers app

Can you click remove next to your device connections and then add them again from the add devices tab? If that doesn’t work, send us an email at theminions@thesufferfest.com and we will help you connect!

Mine has done this in the past, not lately and there seemed to be no pattern to it. I would just switch using the keyboard between level mode and erg and it would then work fine
