FWIW, my Apple Watch Ultra pairs fine via WorkOutdoors app with my Kickr when using it with SYSTM.
Can you elaborate? What is the WorkOutdoors app? Why pair the watch with the Kickr? How would I get HR from my watch on Systm?
WorkOutDoors is an app that I use for running and hiking. It has topology maps that you can download. It also is fairly diverse in the things it can do. You can learn more here:

I pair the watch with the Kickr so that I can directly record data to Apple Health from the Watch. I don’t have to do that, just curious about what it is capable of. I use a heart rate strap that is linked to the SYSTM app running on my laptop and to my watch.
