Sir @Francois-Wahoo, a 1 watt power change would be in keeping with the cheeky humour of Sufferlandria. Perhaps it could come with a prompt like: Prepare to push just a tiny bit more, or, back it off just a bit, then the GvA mwahahahaha and a warning that it’s about to get really really hard.
@Glen.Coutts It did make me chuckle for that reason. It says “A little bit more”. And the wattage went up 1w. I snickered. I appreciate that kind of subtle unintended humor (or intended, too)

Having done the “Attacker” for the first time during my Knighthood attempt on Saturday I must say I was really impressed by this video. I think the “Attacker” demonstrates very well, how far the Sufferfest has come in the past years. Whilst the actual workouts and the video editing have matured it has even refined it’s special sense of humour and ability to motivate. I really liked all the details like the SUF sports station logos, the ads inserts. You could really tell how much emphasis you SUF guys put into all the details of a video.
Well I must have done something right on my 12 week plan. Just did Attacker on 100%. Really enjoyed it and chuffed that I did it and wasn’t dying afterwards

I did Attacker for the first time last week. Loved it! It felt perfect in terms of difficulty. Definitely not too easy, but not ball-breakingly tough like AVDP or 9 Hammers.
It gave me a great sense of achievement in just being able to complete at 100%. I’ve got Cobbler coming up this weekend and really looking forward to it.

Getting back on the bike after a long holiday layoff. Yeesh, those recoveries are short. Could use an extra 30 seconds. But, anyway, still a great video. And love all the extra SUF touches.
Did Attacker for the first time today as part of the TT Program Advanced. Great workout ! Even in TT position it’s ok, you just have to be fast to stand and come back to the aero bars often Thank you

Just smashed Attacker for lunch, my best performance ever - feeling like the king now. First time with Kickr Headwind, what a genious gadget making this workout even more fun.

I love Attacker. Plays to my (limited) strengths. Defender, however, is ABSOLUTE HELL AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE LIBRARY NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.
