Beginner Strength 3-4 + Upper Body A to Intermediate 4-6?

Finishing my 2nd time through the In-Season XC Plan with Beginner Strength 3-4 + Upper Body A.

Will be starting the Pre-Season Season XC Plan in October. I’ve done this in the past with Intermediate 1-4.

Coaches thoughts on jumping right into Intermediate 4-6 as there is no Upper Body A in the pre-season plan?
