Blue SC Cadence but no Speed

I’m new to wahoo and have just purchased the Blue SC sensor.

Have installed app on my phone and installed sensor on my bike.

The cadence sensor is working perfectly however the speed sensor give me no readings. The magnet is 5mm from the hook sensor and right next to the mark on it.

I’m getting blue and red led’s showing and the app is recognising the speed sensor just no readings.

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction

@Peter_Stocks It has been a while since I installed one of those. It seems okay base on the picture. Try reaching out to support.

Thank you. Have already contacted support just waiting for a reply. Going to try an Android phone to see if it’s the app rather than my iOS iPhone
