My Wahoo Kickr has been working fine with connecting to my phone. Today I used a different phone and just about to start a workout on Wahoo system app but there was no connection to my Kickr, with the app on my phone saying Bluetooth Off.
Bluetooth was on and when I used the Wahoo app my Kickr does show up on there. Clearly I’m doing something wrong…I’ve turned off the Kickr and my Bluetooth and tried a few more times, but still showing as Bluetooth Off …help please
@Danny_Cherry Did you recently update IOS on your phone? Sometimes Apple resets the app permissions.

If you are on 'Droid you MUST turn on location services. Bluetooth will not work without it. You can use the less precise version of location and you can use ‘when the application is running’.
FWIW, 'Droid is strange as you don’t need to do this with any other OS.
