Bolt V2 loss of gps during routes - summit climb ends

Hello. I am posting an issue that I often face in some specific climbs.

During my route (with Koomot, but same if the Bolt auto detect the climb) in a couple of climbs it happens that the Bolt positions me wrong and marks the climb as ended even if I am at it’s half. So I loose all the data info (missing distance, the steep of segments, and so on). Probably some gps data are wrong and that’s all.

going on in the climb the GPS positioning is back fine, I am still on the route from Koomot but there’s no way to recover the summit page. Any hint?

I’ve run into the same thing a few times, mostly on climbs that cut through tree cover or narrow valleys where the GPS gets sketchy. On my Bolt it usually drops the climb page halfway, which is frustrating because you lose all the gradient and distance info. What made it a bit better for me was making sure the route was synced properly before heading out, and I switched to GPS+GLONASS which seemed to cut down on those random dropouts. It still happens every now and then, but at least less often.

Is there a way to select gps mode?

I didn’t find it on Bolt or app. Bolt V2?
