Has anyone read “Breath: New science of a lost art” by James Nestor and tried changes in their breathing as a result?
I’m interested in how long the changes took and any benefits gained on endurance into FTP into MAP efforts on rides over 100km or long mountain/fell runs in excess of 2 hours with plenty of hills.
Looking forward to responses and the coaches view too.
