Easing back in after an extended outdoor season. Cued up ‘Butter’…excellent! Banging soundtrack, great mix of efforts, focus on smoothing out pedal strokes. Plus, the video displays a ‘golden’ era of riders that I miss. Martin, Porte, Boonen, ‘Lulu’ Heymanns… I couldn’t help but wonder if today’s contests are similar to Tiger Woods in his heyday. Everyone is riding for second place. Thoughts??

One of my favourites. Love the soundtrack. Not easy but I’m generally quite good at the 90 second duration intervals so most times feels like a successful session.
