Couple of questions regarding the app

Hi,

I’m brand new user and I have some questions.

  1. I set up a training plan and did the workout that was planned today.
    Now the workout us imported in the app but it’s not matched to the planned workout itself.
    Do I have to mark every workout I did completed myself or does the app do it for me?
    The workout was Bavaria: Fischen. I did the workout and did some extra riding. But at the moment they are not matched together.
  2. Next Monday the planner shows me 2 workouts - 14 Vise Grips and Giro the Italia 1. Both are high intensity. Are they meant to be done back to back? Or should I make them using 2 a day logic - one in the morning one in the evening? If it’s the back to back option then why not use 1 longer intensive workout instead of 2?

  1. Where did you do your workout? If you do it outside on your bike computer and sync it, unfortunately they won’t sync in SYSTM, but you don’t have to mark complete, you can drag the completed workout onto the planned one on the calendar.

  2. If there are 2 workouts on one day they should include how to handle that in the description, but if it doesn’t can you let us know which training plan you chose along with all the add on options so we can look at this one in particular.

  1. I managed to sync the workouts in callendar.


There are no notes how to to the back to back workouts.
As my event is on august 30th and it’s a 300km gravel race then I chose the 200mile plan. It started for me somewhere in the middle but it’s ok because I have been reguraly training.

Another thing that I noticed is that if I go to choose a plan it says that the power values are estimated because I haven’t done the 4DP test. I did it already and the values are shown under my profile.


This must be a bug.

  2. Okay, well having 2 workouts on a day in the middle of that plan is not a surprise to help you get in the right training volume to complete such a long event. I will recommend doing them in the order they appear on the SYSTM calendar (top one first) and confirm with our sports scientist / coach
  3. That is a bug, I believe that is fixed in the app version that we just sent to beta so it should go to everyone soon.
