I’m brand new user and I have some questions.
- I set up a training plan and did the workout that was planned today.
Now the workout us imported in the app but it’s not matched to the planned workout itself.
Do I have to mark every workout I did completed myself or does the app do it for me?
The workout was Bavaria: Fischen. I did the workout and did some extra riding. But at the moment they are not matched together. - Next Monday the planner shows me 2 workouts - 14 Vise Grips and Giro the Italia 1. Both are high intensity. Are they meant to be done back to back? Or should I make them using 2 a day logic - one in the morning one in the evening? If it’s the back to back option then why not use 1 longer intensive workout instead of 2?
