Yay, me!
I realize it’s not a lot, but it’s something
What are other folks best DIAR so far?
Thats obsessive behaviour
Am seriously out of the yoga habit. Part of the problem I have with hitting a big streak, is when I miss a day, I instantly lose all motivation.
I have an enforced couple of weeks off the bike coming up so trying to use this a motivation for getting back into it without becoming obsessive. I’m definitely (small s) suffering from not doing regular yoga
Badge is still there to remind me of better days….
Roger that. I had a nice yoga streak too (nowhere near yours, mind you) and also lost all motivation after flubbing it up. I haven’t found the same obsessiveness with the Mobility streak and I’m not, and haven’t been, even a bit fussed about missing the 1 year mark.
I’ve fallen far off the yoga wagon though and thought a nice challenge and a badge would be the kickstart I needed, not to shoot for a streak, but to just build it in more regularly than my current 0 yoga days in months
Just checked in SYSTM and surprised that I’ve done as many as 2 yoga sessions in 2025 (both in Jan) and 5 in the last 12 months.
I deserve to be sent to a yoga flogging station…
Yep. I was a good yogi in January this year but only 3 times since
I’ll join you at flogging station, erm, 15.
@Glen.Coutts Well Done Sir!!
Boy. Were those the days or what? I miss those days
Me too, brother. Me too.
I’m thinking a good ol’ 30 Day Yoga challenge with a badge for completion might just do the trick
Edit: Also, there is no try
I will never get the badges, since I really dislike the Wahoo yoga videos–they’re just so soulless and grey compared to coming from Adrienne on youtube, but;
At least a little yoga every day this year was one of my NY resolutions, and thus far I haven’t missed one, even if I only did 5 min.
Another was the Garmin 30 for 30 badge; 30 minutes of a recorded activity every day for 30 days; I’ve kept that streak going so far as well this year.
I fell off the Mobility one; only missed a few of the workouts technically, but since outdoor riding hit, I’m tending to bunch them up into a 30 min worth session on days when I don’t have enough energy to ride or run. (Looks like I managed 28 in a row)
Haven’t looked at my badges in a while but;
Yes…I’m on here, procrastinating doing yoga…
Congrats! That’s huge discipline.
Surly you are not talking about Abi?!
Yes!
Wow, those days in a row are impressive!!
I could get those numbers for days in a row getting out of bed…
