where did you see it, Sir? a google image search of flaming Stopwatch or fire stopwatch or stopwatch with flames has many similar results

So I reached out to him but don’t hold out a lot of hope as it was not an image he created.
My internet sleuthing tells me it was Swiss rider Marlen Reusser. Here’s a pic of her on her TT bike from the Olympics in 2021.

Thank you @Glen.Coutts I wondered the same thing since it was actually on the bike in the video. It may be a custom decal, from a sponsor and or copyrighted.

So, Sir @Eric, Marlen, who now rides for Movistar, has her own website and I’ve sent an email to the website manager asking about the decal on her 2021 TT bike. I don’t hold out a lot of hope, but figured it couldn’t hurt. And, fwiw, I also sent her a message on her instagram page.
