I read somewhere that when you delete a suff film it doesn’t actually get deleted from your hard drive. The same post described where to find the films I think. Any ideas - I need to free up space and can see that Systm takes an awful lot of disk space.

On PC it would be here:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SYSTM\videos
If I delete a downloaded workout from within SYSTM on Windows, the space on the disk does get freed up.
