Does wahoo systm have a service status page so we can see when the service is down rather than guess and have unofficial threads about it?
Surely they can have an announcement of some type and let us all know officially, it is a paid service after all

Agreed.
There was a Sufferfest Status page but I’m not sure how reliable it was for stuff like this. I agree with you that once they become aware of an issue a “sever down” notice would be helpful. I just don’t know how they become aware of an issue if people aren’t reporting it either via the Support Request page, FB or the forums.

Its really not that hard if you have proper error detection in your application/code. Any decent system should be reporting problems internally rather than relying on external notification from users, i.e. they should know before we do.
It would be so nice to be notified “this is our issue not yours, please don’t waste your precious time trying to fix something that isn’t your fault! Go do something good with your time and we’ll update you as soon as it is resolved, we are sorry for the inconvenience but we are on it”… or something to that effect

I dunno how hard or easy it would be but it would be nice. What I’ve learned from experience and not just with SYSTM and SUF before it, but with pretty much any tech relying on an internet connection that if something suddenly stops working as it should, that it’s probably them and not me. That said, a notice would be most welcomed.
