Greetings all, at the suggestion of this year’s fearless tour leader @DameCristy, a bit of encouragement from Legendary Wahoominati @Glen.Coutts and the blessing of graphtastic @gwydion please accept this challenge:

Any and all who Donate to my personal dpf page will be sent a custom poster image based around gwydion’s Handrawn stage charts. Title used will be EDIT: The Tour of Sufferlandria 2025 presented by Wahoo, and the theme in planning is a kind of humorous memento of everyone’s efforts and participation this year!

Suggested donation to recieve your copy is $20.00 but please donate only what you can afford. Feel free to donate anonymously and pm me.
If I hit $500, I’ll… Eat a doughnut.

I am seeking official sponsorships tongue in cheek, to post at the bottom also.

The only promise I can make is the poster will be something I would hang on my wall, the rest, give me time. Life’s a bit wild right now. I may need until mid-March to finalize, and send to those who accept the challenge.

I think this is a great idea.
At the moment it looks like a batch of 20 will end up with some extras, but I’m just not sure precisely which way I’ll go yet with the printing/shipping so can’t say for sure at this point.

Any prize ideas? Number of prize posters?

Not too late! I’ll close it March 4!!
I wrapped up the riding this morning and so now to finish my tour I have some poster making to do!

EDIT: I just realized I guess the fundraising pages probably close after today? Oh well. If they don’t then I’ll close it March 4th. Apologies for being well behind the fundraising peloton on the details here…

They usually leave the fund raising open for a little bit after the tour. The final stage doesn’t close for another 15 hours.

Good question. Personally so long as Wahoo gets their due credit in the poster somewhere I have no issue adjusting the title.
How about I present two options and all of you let me know your preference?

  1. The Wahoo. Tour 2025
  2. 2025 Tour of Sufferlandria
    and Environs
    presented by Wahoo
