Done two Level 5 this year - now what?

This year I have done Level 5 Multisport Strength and Level 5 Cycling with the Mountain Gran Fondo Plan. After a 3 weeks break I am wondering how to proceed (next strength plan).

Any suggestions ?

I have added weight this year.

Actually I am pondering on whether keeping this thread or not as I found the new series on the app and started the core focus series on Level 4. I think core workout can only help !
