Element Rival - unresponsive

Hi, and greetings from a new member :heart_hands:

yesterday my Element Rival worked perfectly for a cheeky 20 mile mountain ride, then in the evening the watch became unresponsive…. I’ve tried the push hold top left button and restart, however the same symptoms, unresponsive….. back light stays on too, please help with suggestions TIA

Oof top left restart is the only thing I can think of. Does it still connect to the app?
