Can't pair my ELEMNT Rival to my phone

I’ve been using it no problem for a year or so but yesterday I lost the connection between my phone and my watch.

I’ve tried everything I can think of (reinstalling the app, turning everything on’/off etc)

Any ideas? I scan the QR code and it says ELEMNT found but then get the wheel of death when it says connecting and eventually says ELEMNT NOT FOUND… any o ideas?

have you removed it from the phone’s system bluetooth settings? if on iPhone this is settings > bluetooth > then tap the little i on the right of your RIVAL in the devices list and then hit “Forget This Device”. Then re-pair in the app using the QR code. Also make sure the phone is forgotten on the watch’s settings menu.
