Hey! Has anyone had a problem with their rival not charging? Any tips? I have tried turning it on and off, and still won’t charge past 5%.

I’ve gone through two. Most recently it was the charging dock/cable. I think they’re kind of junk, tbh.

Haven’t had charging issues that haven’t been fixed by just taking them off and putting them back on the charger. But I am on my 3rd Rival since November for different issues.
Wahoo Support, tho, they can definitely get your sorted out properly. Despite all my Rival problems, Wahoo Support always takes care of me.

Yes. I used the support link that Sir Glen Coutts posted above. Support rarely responds to posts in this public forum, but they’re very responsive to support requests made through the support page.
