I just finished Tempo Low Cadence: 5 x 2 this morning. The instruction for the intervals are as follows:
Effort: 2 minutes @ RPE 7 – 90% of FTP --45-55 RPM – HR <95%
However, the prompts on screen for cadence says 90 RPM. Anyone else notice that?
