First Suff workout and favorite workout

Those are also on my list, just a little lower.

I like some of the workouts based on the actual workout. Some based on the video. Some based on the music. And others because of the jokes. “STOP PLAYING THAT STUPID MUSIC EVERYTIME YOU CATCH BACK UP TO US!”

First: Rubber Glove (my first indoor ride was a 20 min FTP Test!)

Fav: Blender - it’s long, has all kinds of intensity, and my fav soundtrack!

You’re a true Sufferlandria!

Nice choice on Blender, one of my favourites too, despite it once causing one of the worse episodes of cramp after the last TT effort!

My first was Revolver back in mid 2012 - chosen purely as it was the shortest - I was young and naive!
Favourite now its probably 9 Hammers or Do As You’re Told.

Nice to see all the answers here, for me, first it was Elements of Style then as favourite it depends what i want to do, if i just want a ride and enjoy I have to go for Getting Away With It! If we’re talking when pushing myself favourite are the Trick and The Wretched. I struggle to split those two! I enjoy them a lot! In honor place just behind those two intense ones is AVDP!!

Rode Suf Idol for the first time today. Almost fell off the bike laughing after reading …”Couchlandrian Baking show…”. Perfect touch.

My first was Revolver is Easy back on 3 December 2016. I had know idea what I was doing, how to do it or why I was doing it. It was a complete disaster, but have since figured things out. My favorites are The Hunted, because it’s fun for me for some reason, and Omnium because of the variety of activities and anything with Mike Crotty for the scenery.

My first workout was “Getting Away With It” and my favourite workout so far is “Team Scream”. So immersive that I found myself backing off several times in order not to rear-end my forerunner.

First - Getting away with it - favourite? _ Difficult to choose…perhaps Defender or Power Station or G.O.A.T. or Norway! On my list of don’t do again - 9 hammers. Did it after new HM numbers that I had rounded down a few Watts, and dialed down the session to 95% - near death experience and couldn’t hold the cadence.
