We are away next week and I may not take bike, but use hotel’s gym, so decided on thee week on, recovery next week.

That is a fairly tough ride.
I stopped pedalling in final recovery interval, it kept to the timing.
I have an event coming in 2 1/2 weeks, which may not be the hilliest, though it does include one tough hill peaking at 18%. Total including cycling there and back will be over 120 miles
