Hi. the above workout states in the instructions that the final 24 seconds of each “build” will be at 160% FTP. I have just done this workout and my final 24 seconds was nowhere near that and was 110% FTP max. Is there a mistake in the wording or has the workout effort for that 24 seconds been reduced?
Good spot @ozmadman - it’s been updated. It’s supposed to say 110% FTP for the final 24s (which is actually 90% MAP in the workout). Happy riding!
