Hello, I am an avid wahoo elemnt user. I have sram red axs on my racing bike and can see the gear ratios 1-2 and 1-12 in my wahoo screen but not the exact gear numbers, such as 33-16 or 46-14. I think this information is known because in the history I can find what I drove afterwards, but not during the ride. I think that’s a shame. Perhaps there are more people who experience this and perhaps I am overlooking something and it is possible. I would like your response, am curious? greetings, Albert

I’m new to electronic shifting myself and between the 1-2 and 1-12 or a graphic image, I’ve chosen the graphic image as my preference.
For context, I’m using the ROAM2 and 12 speed Di2.
Hope you can all see what I mean. This is an example from Garmin, I d like to have the real gear figures as shown

I understood, I was just saying I prefer the graphic over the ratio and wasn’t aware, from your first post, if you knew that was an option.

You can submit your request directly to The Company and see what they say

Last thing, the support article
Shows you can configure your gear ratio with SRAM but it seems like the display still will only show the gear number. I’d be curious what The Company says after you reach out. Lemmeno once you hear back.

Have you sent them a formal request for support as I indicated above?
They only pop on here at the forums now and again so I wouldn’t wait for something on here. If you’ve submitted the support request and still haven’t heard anything they might just be a little busy. How long has it been? I’ve always had great success with direct support requests.

Hey Albert, I feel you. Unfortunately, Wahoo Elements don’t show exact gear numbers live, just ratios. Check the app settings or updates, but for now, you’ll see those details only in ride history.

Thanks for answering. I know what you say allready. I wondered if wahoo can make it possible although the figures are avalaiable so it seems to mee that it is (just) a software thing. I hope wahoo will do there best to put it in the software of the present wahoo elemnt 2.0.
