Houston (Wahoo) We have a problem

So, Wahoo replaced my malfunctioning HR monitor with a new one. This morning I broke out the new replacement and lo and behold, it was broken right out of the package. When I first put it on, it wouldn’t “come on”, no flashing red and blue lights. Ok, maybe I need to make sure there is a battery in it and or check/replace the battery. Well, right off the bat I noticed that the battery cover was not on all the way. Upon further inspection, one the locking tabs on the cover was broken. I managed to get it back together and it seemed to work just fine and it worked flawlessly throughout my Power Station workout….until I took it off and it fell into pieces onto the floor :anguished_face: :man_shrugging: . Brand spanking new out of the package and all of the locking tabs on the batter cover are broken. How does that even happen? Wahoo, We have a problem here.

That’s certainly disappointing.

Looks like an email to support is in order to get a new replacement.
