How to adjust plan for Festive 500?

Hi, I’m currently in the middle of the second block of an All-Purpose Road (Advanced) w/Yoga (Beginner) & Strength (Beginner) plan. I’m planning to do the Festive 500 (mostly inside on Zwift, but outside if I can get out) and I’m wondering how best to deviate from, and then resume, the training plan. Should I just leave the plan as is and resume in early January (looks like rest week starting January 4) or should I push the plan forward and resume it? I expect it would be too much to try to stick to the plan and just tack on base miles.
