running wahoo X version 7.69.0 on an iPhone with iOS 17.2, starting a workout results in a black screeen, tilted to landscape mode. no buttons, no video whatsoever.

I’d try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling. You won’t lose any data as it’s all backed up in The Company cloud.

ah. and here I was thinking I too was on iOS 17.2 but nope, no iOS Beta’s for this Knight. I’d still try uninstall/reinstall cuz…well…it fixes lots of things
As well as hard restarts…
well I’d rather put a positive user experience into the focus
And Wahoo, like other companies, can’t address these issues until 17.2 goes General Availability. It was the same way when 16.5 broke a lot of things, some critically. Hopefully, the solutions will be simple and quick to implement.
Reminds me of my days using Cadence Allegro software where they had the same release numbers.
