I have a v1 kickr bike and am having some problems with pedal resistance when i power on the bike. Normally i pedal a couple of revolutions then get a hard resistance for a few seconds then normal for the rest of the ride. Now there are times when that cycle of resistance then freespin repeats forever. This even occurs when only the bike is on and no computers/smart phones or any other Bluetooth device is on. Let the bike sit for a day and it sometimes starts working. I contacted support (Gregorio C.) And after a few troubleshooting steps, he said there is nothing more he can do and wishs me a good day! Thats support? What do i do with my $3500 trainer?
