hi my left gear shifter won’t work anymore, I’ve tried resetting the shifter style updated the software it won’t work anymore anyone had the same problem??
it is a kicker bike v2 where the left shifter no longer works, can’t change gears and won’t control avatar and can’t even go up and down (downhill)

I had a similar problem on my v1 Kickr bike some time ago. Wahoo sent out a replacement handlebar with shifters and I returned the original ones.

Also maybe try switching the plugs on the control box to make sure it’s the shifter and not the port in the control box. Wouldn’t want you to get new shifters and still have a problem.
yes I’ve tried that it doesn’t work either, pretty sure the handle is broken
Hardware failures like that are definitely frustrating, especially when software resets don’t solve it. It really sounds like a physical connection issue inside the unit. Hopefully, Wahoo support can get a replacement out to you quickly so you can get back to riding.
I will second this, Wahoo support had a new handlebar with shifters sent to me in 2 or 3 days!
