Kickr Bike Shifting Problem

I am continually getting a problem with the right shifters stopping working. I had a v1 bike for 2 years, no issues. Then the problem started. Wahoo provided me with (if I remember), two replacement v1 bikes and two sets of handlebars. Same issue. Eventually they sent me a v2 bike and all was well until today and the same problem-right shifters (and buttons) stopped working.
The firmware is up to date, terminals cleaned, I’ve tried all the different ports, still no joy. The left shifters work in all ports, the right shifters don’t work in any.
Anyone with a similar problem able to offer a solution? I’m at my wits end.

Did you get the help you needed?!

I just filed a ticket for a similar issue. Basically my left Shifter, steering, brake and elevation control all are not working.

Since the app can see the left shifter cable does not seem to be plugged in it seems the error is there. Excited to see how they can help…!

Both shifters on my V1 Kickr Bike have stopped working. I purchased the bike second hand so Wahoo support are ghosting me. Is there any other avenue aside from Wahoo to fix issues like this (which seem common) on Kickr bikes out of warranty / second hand, or is the expectation we take it to the tip and buy a new one? These are expensive, solid pieces of kit which should be built to last, and when the inevitable happens, be repairable.

Update - support have come back to me after some hiatus which is good - offer is a set of replacement bars. That is good news, but I am about to take the bike to an electrical repair shop to try and diagnose the problem. My suspicion is it is the connectors on the HCU that have gunk / corrosion which is causing the lack of connection as they can’t be cleaned easily, but I will hopefuly find out…
