Link Garmin connect or Strava to Systm calendar

Most of my riding is outside. I would like for my activities from garmin connect or strava to appear in Systm so it can make true workout recommendations based on my fitness gaps. I can see how to link so systm pushes to strava, but not vice versa.

That’s not really how SYSTM works. It only measures your fitness (and gaps) when you do a fitness test. Other rides, even the indoor ones that show up on the calendar, have zero impact on the plans.
