I messed up, and forgot to check the “upload to linked accounts” when saving my workout in RGT. How can I extract the file to manually upload it to Strava?
No need - simply go to RGT - Menu - My Account. Click on the selected ride in the Ride History section, then click on the Get Ride Data button at the bottom. You can send the ride to email, Strava or Training Peaks assuming that you’ve linked the accounts.
