I received them today but unfortunatelythe CoA is a bit smudge

I was both happy and sad when I saw the envelope sitting at the table. Happy because I have finally received the decals but sad having seen the envelop with water marks, even my name was hardly even visible and the CoA was smudge…
On the flip side and at the very least, GvA was still clearly visible
