Well since you asked…
I finished my KoS Quest, happy to be done, took my cycling shoes off and decided to bask in my accomplishment by visiting the Calendar page on SYSTM, to my horror, it only showed nine rides completed! In a panic, I re-counted the list of rides completed, this time bottom-to-top, since the top-to-bottom count didn’t equal the number I was looking for…the number was still Nine after the re-count. Even today, the list still only shows Nine completed.
I did my KoS Quest starting at around 7 pm and finished just after 4 am. The missing ride was started a few minutes before midnight, and completed the following day, so I think SYSTM didn’t know what day to record the ride under on the Calendar.
Have a verifiable method to check each ride completion as you go about your quest. Once I had regained my composure, I remembered that I was literally labeling each completed ride “# of 10” on my Strava page. I jumped over to Strava and thankfully all 10 rides were showing. I then went to my email account linked to SYSTM, and thankfully I had received a separate email for completion of each of the 10 rides.
