Hi @Coach.Mac.C , it is me again with a question regarding outdoor prescription for a workout… this time not for the MAP 6 x 2 but the Micro Intervals / Tempo: 2 x 12 Plus 1 x 20.
I wanted to prepare for a possible outdoor session and I noticed some differences that I find quite important between the description for the outdoor setting and the online workout. Unfortunately again in % FTP and not MAP.
The first column represents the percentage indicated for the interval outdoors, the second in watts (FTP 300), the third the watts read in the app, the fourth the %FTP that the third column represents, and the fifth the difference between the first and fourth columns.
I leave aside the small differences, but are the bigger ones intended? 600 watts outdoors versus 1006 indoors? or 540 outdoors and 472 indoors?
