Most badass part of a Sufferfest video?

Every time I do 14 Vise Grips I am blown away by Anna van der Breggen attacking the group she’s just caught:

What a badass!! And inspires me to keep going through those horrible two minutes.

Does anyone have other favourite badass moments?

@bukharin you mean aside from all my lone breakaways and sprints for victory? I win a lot in SUFF…

This thread came up earlier, and inspired me to do 14VG today.

I think I’ve quit on this workout as many times as I’ve finished it, it always kills me. But man that clip really is great. She gives the group a split second to decide what to do, then destroys them.

It didn’t help me beyond the first set though - legs in pieces again!

Theres video during the intervals in 14 Vise grips? All I can remember is the BMX and Trials during the recoveries

my personal favourite thus far would be the part in the Nine Hammers video about harshness:

“It starts harshly, gets harsher still and ends even harsher. Great for those who like harshness” or something like that.

Grunter’s speech in HHNF. Still makes me smile, despite my hatred of 20m intervals

I think there is a similar scene in HHNF, some one bridges and goes on the attack. They are riding up a long incline on a wide two lane road.

It probably the editing, but Lizzie Deigan attacks like 27 times in Fight Club.

Last but not least, when Peter Sagan‘a group catches the lease group in FF, they just keep going and he slowly drops them all.

Love this also. And it’s no tame group he drops either.

Also don’t forget that time @michael.cotty was broken by an attempt up the slopes of Mount Sufferlandria before he had to turn around…am unsure whether it was the 49% gradient or the 80% ash content of the air but chapeau to him for making an attempt.

When did they put that in there!

The final sprint in Joyride nails me every time!

:hammer::hammer::hammer:

That would be the outtake, because no one sees it unless they’ve completed the workout.
