My bolt 2 quit updating last fall. Tried several wifi connections. Says up to date. It isn’t. Any suggestions

I suggest a direct contact with support. You could try a factory reset but I’d contact support first.

I’m suggesting support might be able to walk you through some troubleshooting steps. Maybe there’s a file or something that needs to be removed or something.
