Welp, thanks to my dodgy back I didn’t get to ride my new 9H soundtrack today. But I at least was able to preview it on Saturday.
Thanks to the minions’ poor timing skills, the interval start times are not exact. So the music is sometimes off by about a second (think 3 minute intervals that last 3:01 or 3:02 instead of 3:00). But by that logic that means the music matches * close enough * to the video.
So, for any who are brave enough to enter the Valley of the Nine Hammers, here is my alternate soundtrack:
The key to lining it up with the video is to wait and start the music right as the clock is about to tick over to 00:23 seconds, after the Wahoo intro, after a couple seconds of black screen, just before the video begins (at the 23 second mark). Don’t forget to turn off the music in the workout first. Feel free to leave the sound effects on. But definitely turn the music toggle off in SYSTM for the workout, first.
