Nit-Picks and Typos

Correction needed In the MAP: Progression 5: 3 Sets 14 x 30/15 NoVid

During the rest intervals @ roughly 24:00 and 40:30 into the session, “A few more seconds…” shows, but there was still 2:15 remaining in the rest interval each time.

Sub-Threshold 1x20:

It looks like HR target is incorrect. Also, ‘up by 5%’ on screen prompt should come earlier (10 min instead 15 min into the 20 min block).

HR target is Z3 throughout 20 min block. However, 15 mins into the block, there is a message on screen to up by 5% if HR was not in Z4 (and legs were good):

Workout description:

HR4 starts from 96% so it is suggested that you should hit low HR4 somewhere before 10 mins into the block (and not @ 15 min as prompted on screen).

Thanks for flagging, this has been updated

Revolver is Easy

After the 9th ‘shot’ the text refers to a “French attack” but the video shows the Belgian/Dutch cyclocross face off - error in editing the mashup?

Thanks we have updated this.

ok, so this is a very minor one and probably not easy to fix (voice actors don’t come cheap!), but…
Core Focus 2
At 6:21 while describing Oblique Leg Lifts the voice says to lift your legs: “10 inches or 22cm”. Firstly - weird to be that specific, secondly it’s wrong. 25cm would be closer. I am guessing whoever wrote it got confused with the kg to lb conversion.

 Like i said - very minor and a pain to fix.

Chris

Thank you @Rupert for correcting Sub-Threshold 1x20!

Here it comes Micro Intervals: 3 Sets 8 x 20s.

Those responsible for HR zones should be put into place where Ministry of Do puts people who only try
They should repeat each set until their HRs settle in the designated zone  . That single HR zone value is used for all 3 sets, both hard effort & recovery bits:

And then, they should repeat all over again, as the last set becomes the first one :upside_down_face: :

Who’s this guy who wanders on to the screen in the final seconds of Recovery Session B?

That’s Jared. He was on the content team.

Erm, I was always pretty sure that’s Sir @Coach.Mac.C. Now you’ve got me questioning Sir @JSampson

Thanks this has been updated

I can confirm this is Jared and not Mac.

Why he is there though is a whole other story :joy:

hmmm, how soon I forget :stuck_out_tongue: Sorry Sir Jared, wherever you are

The third interval in The Rookie is presented as a climbing interval, but the grade remains at 0% throughout and so the KICKR Climb doesn’t automatically move. It would be great if this could be updated to add that functionality.

Yoga - “Hip Flexor and Groin Recovery”

The workout doesn’t finish and present the “Workout Done / Save Workouts” prompt.

It just loops back to the beginning again, and you have to manually “Finish workout”

Not a huge problem, but when you’re nicely relaxed and enjoying the “Final Resting Pose” bit, which is the best bit, it’s a bit intrusive!

Nothing must dull the suffering :smiling_imp:

Hmm… I did this one on Tuesday and didn’t have any issues.

But I certainly don’t mind a few extra minutes in “Final Resting Pose”.

I noticed a minor issue in the Who Dares video yesterday at approximately 53:15. At the end of the final little spin-it-out interval, there was an extra ‘brake’ sound effect. I was running version 6.10.0 on my iPad when I heard it.

It’s great to see that the SUF development team has fixed a lot of the misspellings and grammatical snafus over the past year, but it looks like this one slipped through. Hopefully the team can take a look at this and get it fixed soon!

Mind checking that time stamp again? Did you happen to pause and rewind the video? When I run Who Dares it’s only 52:57 in length.

I am only commenting because I just rode this video around 14 times last month and didn’t notice this. lol. I just fast forwarded to the end of that section of the video just now and didn’t hear the extra brakes. Can you FF (fast forward, not full frontal) and see if it happens to you again?

I’d say you should ride it again just to be sure, but, I think I’m the only one who is that insane. :stuck_out_tongue:

@emacdoug I see your response to @Dulthichuraw but it struck me as suspicious that it essentially reworded the quoted post, and is a new account.

I smell bot.
